roasted cauliflower

couldn’t be simpler!
buy yourself a big head of cauliflower, remove everything that needs to be removed, wash it, cut it in 1/2 inch slices, toss with olive oil, place on lightly oiled baking sheet, put some salt and pepper on top, place in a preheated 425F oven, roast for 10-12 minutes, until tender, turning upside down halfway through. voila!

  5. Yum…roasted veggies are so easy to make–and yet the flavors always tastes so complex.

  6. I adore roasted cauliflower. In fact, it is my favorite way to eat cauliflower. What’s also nice is that I can jazz it up, depending on my mood. For example, in the mood for some spice? I add curry powder. Want some Thai? Drap out the peanut sauce. Just want straighforward yummy? Then your recipe is ideal.

    Cheers!
