I made this bread last night, using leftover mashed potatoes and also put in a small handful of fresh rosemary that we got at the farmer's market. I put the bread into the oven just as our Euchre-playing friends came over, and by the time the bread was ready and out of the oven, there was absolutely no question about...um..."trying" some of it. (And by "trying," I mean--having one of the loaves right then and there, with some Earthbalance.) We'll be having the other loaf with dinner tonight, and I'm sure the bread will impress yet another set of friends (when did I get so popular?). Thank you, again, Celine!
