Whole Wheat Rye Bread

Whole Wheat Rye Bread

for a 1 1/2 pound loaf

1 cup + 3 T pure water at room temp
1 T softened margarine
1 1/2 cup bread flour
1 cup white whole wheat flour
3/4 cup dark rye flour
2 T soy milk powder
4 t vital wheat gluten
2 T light brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 t sea salt
2 1/4 t bread machine yeast

place ingredients in bread machine in the order recommended by manufacturer. let cool on a rack before slicing.
