the soy milk powder actually adds a tiny amount of nutrition value,  it makes the bread softer, more elastic, and it also gives a bit of flavor. but is it absolutely necessary? absolutely not. 

Mihl: nah, I just don't like being bored. and with the amount of dishes to do once the baking and cooking is done? you know the drill: there's no way anyone could be bored. ever again.</description>
