Raspberry Frozen Soygurt
July 23, 2007 at 3:18 pm | In Uncategorized |1-1/2 cups vanilla soy yogurt
a generous 1/2 cup sugar
3 cups raspberries, fresh or frozen
1 t lemon juice [fresh is best]
1 t lime juice [ditto]
in your blender or food processor, mix together yogurt, sugar, and raspberries.
put through a strainer to eliminate seeds. add juices, and chill for an hour in your fridge.
prepare in your ice cream maker following manufacturer’s instructions.
makes 3-4 servings

I ran out of ice cream. Now I can stuff my freezer again. i just love raspberry soy ice cream.
