french baguette and PB ice cream

baguette recipe from “garden of vegan”. I forgot to add 4 t of vital wheat gluten but it still came out wonderfully tasty.
I brushed coconut milk on top, I had leftovers from making the following…
peanut butter ice cream, made at the request of Vegetation. it’s completely soy-free, by the way. I haven’t “road-tested” it yet, so recipe coming up once that’s taken care of.
these pictures are terribly … beige. here’s a cat picture to make it all better!
sidenote, but I really need to put some order in the recipe index again. it’s probably time to create a section dedicated to “ice cream” recipes.

That peanut butter ice cream looks amazing. Imagine it sandwiched between two chewy chocolate chocolate chip cookies from the PPK! (Adorable kitty too!)
