rye bread for bread machine

1 cup + 3 T pure water
1 T soft margarine
2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup white whole wheat flour
3/4 cups dark rye flour
2 T vital wheat gluten
2 T soy milk powder
2 T light brown sugar
1 1/2 t sea salt
2 1/4 t bread machine yeast or instant yeast
place all ingredients in bread machine pan following manufacturer’s instructions.
once baked, let cool on a rack before attempting to slice.
yields a 1 1/2 pounder. adapted from Betty Crocker’s bread machine cookbook.
