currant apple bread

if you don’t have a bread machine, check this out.
for a 1 1/2 pounder
3/4 cup + 2 T pure water, room temp.
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 T vegan margarine, soft
1 1/2 cup bread flour
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3 T wheat bran
1/3 cup dried currants
2 T light brown sugar
1 1/2 t sea salt
1 1/2 t bread machine yeast
place all ingredients in bread machine pan following manufacturer’s instructions.
once baked, let cool on a rack before attempting to slice.
