Pesto Bread

look here if you want to make it with light spelt flour, or here if pesto bagels are more your thing.
as always, look here if you don’t have a machine.
for a 1 1/2 pound bread
1 cup + 2 T pure water
1/3 cup pesto of your choice
2 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
3 T wheat germ
4 t vital wheat gluten
2 T light brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 t sea salt
1 1/4 t bread machine yeast
place all ingredients in pan following manufacturer’s instructions.
bake on basic/white.
let cool on a rack before slicing.
