Chocolate Igloos with PB syrup Heart
October 7, 2007 at 7:39 am | In blahblah |I had some leftover PB syrup from yesterday’s cupcakes, so I decided to whip up a quick chocolate cookie recipe and put some of said PB goodness inside.
the cookie dough is actually fairly healthy, since it contains whole wheat flour, no refined sugar, and oil instead of margarine.

hi Stephanie!!! thank you for dropping by. :D
ha, Liz! holy crepe is my new favorite expression. they use filters for cuss words on the ppk site, and now I speak that way automatically. every time I see “bisque”, I think of something else. yeah.
soon, Paula & Steffi. cross my heart!

Your pumpkin cupcakes were fabulous! My non-veggie family devoured them and I’m making and freezing them in mass quantities - thanks a million!

Oh man, I am dying to have some of these cookies! If I show them to my husband, he’ll probably pick them for a “Dessert of the Month!”, haha.

You are stunning yourself, gorgeous! Well, should igloos make people freeze whenever they think of them? These just warmed my heart and belly!

Those look AMAZING!!! Can’t wait for the recipe. And I love the name. You do such a good job of giving your creations exciting names, C.! Oh, also, great, great pics. The wrapped before, the unwrapped, oozing (in a good way) after = photog genius.

TB: it’s so good to have you around again! does it sound creepy of me to say I missed reading/hearing from you? and BAH! you’re too nice to me. I always feel like the names I come up with are 100% pure lame.
Mihl: well you’re not only stunning, this comment also proves [once more] you’re clever too. so HA!
Melisser: you and your husband sound cute, but now that I have photographic evidence, I can also say you both LOOK amazing too!
destinyskitchen: I feel so sad for those who can have neither PB nor chocolate for allergy reasons. :(
but yes, we should form a club!
madeinalaska and everyone else: thank you thank you thank you!

so creative, again! must be quite an experience to bite into one of those cookies…
I’m curious about this recipe, I imagine it’s sort of tricky to get make them with the soft filling inside and still make them pretty like that!
