Cakespy and other goodies

December 2, 2007 at 11:14 am | In Uncategorized |

I must be the last person on earth to discover the pure talent that Jessie of Cakespy is made of, and while I have to wait a little bit before ordering one of her amazing framed drawings, I couldn’t resist and got me some button-y goodness.
I’m melting faster than frosting in the summer months, I’m telling you…

I also ordered reusable produce bags after seeing Katie talk about them on the PPK forums. I’ll let you know how they are once I receive them, but I’m sure they’ll kick the store’s plastic produce bags’ butts to the curb. say that ten times fast, if you dare.

unrelated, but forgive the lack of comments/entries as of late. I’m sure I’ll get over this blah-blah blog block eventually.

ps: Liz, you asked which SmartMonkey Bar is my favorite and I can now give you the answer: Carob Brownie is it! the first one I tried was Cacao Cookie and it was really good too.

YES!!! so glad that the carob-brownie bar is the best one; and I’ll let my dad know that you like the cacao-cookie bar too, since that’s the one that he’ll try :0)

  3. cakespy’s watercolor drawings are so cute! I’ve been meaning to pick up some grocery bags at Trader Joe’s, but those mesh ones look better cause you could just stuff them in your purse until you want to use them.
about your blog block, I’ve been having one too. forgetting to take pictures of what I’ve been making, lack of inspiration, etc. no worries, you deserve a nice break from blogging whenever you want!

  5. Celine, thanks for the Etsy link for the produce bags. I saw them at a HFS but these are 1/3 the price! They’re definitely on my wishlist.
