I had to finish up the pumpkin from making bread and baked ziti [V-con, sans crumbs] so I thought I’d simply throw it in a hummus. there you have it.
Coco(a)nut Loaf. I’m sure I’ll get around to posting the recipe, eventually.
absolutely delicious, even for breakfast, from what mom tells me. gee, I wonder where I get that sweet tooth from?

I wish I had some brownies right now, just finished the last bit of mine… and I have to remember that recipe for when I have leftover pumpkin again. I’m sure it would be great in that hummus!

Oh shoot! That hummus recipe looks awesome. I have a plastic container in my fridge filled with pumpkin that is just about ready to pop some mold… gah, if only I had some chickpeas I could make your hummy-us!
