BBQ Chick-Let Burger

BBQ Chick-Let Burger - with red cabbage slaw, homemade chips, on an awesome bun;
chickpea cutlet recipe from V-con, no duh.

Blackened Tofu with Somen Noodles

Blackened Tofu with Somen Noodles, Bok Choy, and Bell Pepper - the ‘fu recipe is from ED&BV, absolutely delicious, easy & quick to make too: you were right, Ash!

I will (maybe) take a few days off from baking in order to catch up on comments, emails, blogs and other day-to-day stuff.
I also have some biggish cookie order to work on next week, and it’s yet another law by the damn Murphy dude that when I do any kind of baking for no reason at all, I have a blast and don’t fret; but when I have to make them for a specific reason? pressure’s on, babes.

exciting news: Cosmo’s Vegan Shoppe still has a few copies left of Damn Tasty Vegan. holy crap!

    Tell the Murphy dude that you’re doing that big cookie order just for fun and tell him to live at someone else’s place…

  7. I might use an actual BBQ chicken cutlet, but I love cabbage slaw and I need a good recipe! The blackened tofu actually looks appealing to me, I usually don’t spring for tofu but I would probably order it (or make it) if it looks that good.
