I wouldn't let it go for 10 years [not that it would last that long over here anyway!], but the nose test is always the best: if it smells wrong, toss it out! if it smells like bona fide nooch, keep it and enjoy it.

Does nutritional yeast go "bad"? I've had some in my refrigerator since January, and was just curious if it would be suitable for use. These look divine and I'm dying to make them!

		<description>Oh, I loooooove this idea! I use my TO whenever possible too, to reduce my "oven guilt." :)  But...TO bakeware? I had not idea such a thing existed! I think I need the muffin pan. 

The crackers look very tasty. So tasty they may become lunch. Thanks for posting the reduced recipe! =)</description>
