Amy's Ginger Snaps

the awesome Amy mailed me a bunch of biodegradable cookie bags to try, since I mentioned I wasn’t pleased with what I use to ship baked goods, and to be sure I actually liked the ones she recommended before ordering more.

she included the recipe for her favorite gingersnaps, which I couldn’t resist but bake early this morning. aren’t they droolworthy? they’re delectable.

that’s the adorable card that came along with it. one of the best mail day, ever. thanks, Amy!

  5. I love gingersnaps, but sadly Mr. Fish does not (he is a gourmand, but very picky). So, I can’t make them very often because I will eat them all!
And I just *love* that card!!

  18. Celine:

Those cookies look wonderful. I’ve been looking for a great gingersnap recipe. Of course right now, just having eye surgery, I won’t be able to bake them, but where can I find the recipe?

I looked on Amy’s site and didn’t see it or a search bar.

Thank you for all you do

  19. I don’t think Amy’s posted the recipe, Jackie. you could email her asking if she’d transcribe it for you?
    best of luck with recovery!
