Vegan Dad’s Mac and Cheeze.

don’t know how else to put it, so let’s just cut to the cheeze: you owe it to yourself to try this one.
it’s so simple and quick to prepare, and yet comes out like the comfiest of all comfort food you’ve ever had the pleasure to take a bite of.

(the picture is a bit orange due to the smoke from the local fires that is keeping the sun from shining through. sad…)

  3. Can’t see no orange in that picture. Just perfection. Okay, except for the bowl right behind? I am sorry to hear that you have fires again. We have huge thunderstorms and rain, so I am sending some rain over, right?
    Oh, and please, tell me more about pineapple cinnamon rolls! I have an opened can of pineapple in the fridge waiting for your recipe.

  7. I was a big fan of your lemon roll recipe, these sound just as delicious. I’m also quite excited about the dairy free mac and cheese! I’ve yet to find a great non-dairy cheese that I love, though. I tried a soy-based one and wasn’t a fan…have any suggestions?

    Sophie: it’s all about the Teese, baby. seriously, amazing taste close to Tofutti, but without the hydrogenated fats.

  11. I need a good mac and cheeze recipe. Oh I wonder if you live in California too. Here in Northern California the smoke is so bad I can’t see the close hills. I feel like the whole state is on fire. It’s scary.
