24.Oct.2009 Waffling Around

I wish I were a little less jet-lagged so that I could post something (somewhat) worthy, but you’re going to have to give me a week or so to get back into shape before I can form a sentence that makes some sort of sense, I’m afraid. I promise I haven’t forgotten about the Super Simple Speculoos Ice Cream recipe I mentioned in the previous post, or about the last of the way belated book reviews I was planning on doing.

Exciting news: Joni and I received advance copies of the cookbook we co-wrote, and we’re so thrilled we may or may not have needed a change of pants after putting our paws onto said book. We hope you’ll like it too when it officially comes out November 1st! In the meantime, feel free to check out the recipes by using the look inside option on amazon, if you are so inclined.

Did I mention I am sad to have missed out on the VeganMoFo action? There will be lots of catching up to do.

Enjoy your weekend, everyone!

Wahou, bravo pour le livre de recettes!
Est-ce qu’il y a une chance qu’il soit livre avec la Super Simple Speculoos Ice Cream si je l’achete maintenant ?

  • what a brilliant strapline for your book Celine – ‘flavourful recipes to suit your every taste and craving’. I wonder if anyone will take up the challenge to cook all 500 like in that film that’s just come out Julie and Julia ;o)

  • ps. might want to add the word ‘recipe’ in the there after 500 (and then delete this comment)…

ha! no worries, nic. I got what you meant, and this is coming from the queen of forgetting to add words where they belong.
