22.04.2011 A salt with a syrupy weapon

So I made salted chocolate syrup. You should too. And then consider going pour-happy every time you need to, because you’re a grown-up and life is exhausting and you should never pass up an opportunity to treat yourself to something good.

Besides, guzzling down chocolate syrup is far more peaceful than punching the lights out of the guy who honks and yells at you from the comfort of his car because you’re working out with your earphones on and you don’t hear him ask for directions and holy crap, didn’t you know your only goal in life was to make that guy’s life a breeze? Guzzle, guzzle, guzzle.

PS: Those brownies refused to be eaten sans syrup. Of course even snacks have to act like divas in this house. I obliged because, word to the wise, you don’t want to piss off the food you’re planning on eating.
