    Gorgeous! I can’t believe I had to miss out on those delights… I can’t wait for the book to come out, and the electrical work that’ll make my oven behave to be done so that I can get baking. (Although, I may have to keep missing out even then, or play with the recipes a lot, as I’m running a gluten-free experiment right now that may have to become a permanent thing… It’s a good thing I’ve never been afraid of playing with recipes – when I’m not testing, of course! – because I don’t think that missing out on your terrific recipes would be an option!)

      You might be going gluten free? Are you having health/digestive issues? I just tried this recipe and it’s really good, no xanthan or guar gum there. You might want to use yogurt instead of a flax egg though, or bake them for a shorter amount of time, as mine were just a teeny bit dry. But delicious.
