Hi there. I’m Celine. Here are a few random things you never wanted to know about me.
• I live in California with a tall stranger and two rescued felines.
• If I could only eat one vegetable, it’d have to be roasted Brussels sprouts. I find those to be even better than chips. For real.
• I co-wrote several cookbooks, and you can read more about that here.
• I’m a bike fiend and ride everywhere I need (and don’t need) to go.
• I went vegan for ethical reasons in 2005. I started blabbing about food on have cake, will travel in early 2007.
• I think all camera brands are swell, but since this is one of the questions I’m asked most often: I use a Nikon D700, and the following lenses: 35mm, 50mm and my absolute favorite, the 60mm micro. I only use available light because I’m too cheap and clumsy for costly lighting equipment.
• And this is me when I was wee, fist bumping a fence. Or whatever.
