In other news, after months sprinkled with exhaustion, illness, flooding, and craziness at large, we’re just about ready to send The Complete Guide to Vegan Food Substitutions manuscript to our publishers. Despite all the aforementioned, it’s been a blast to work with Miss Joni again, and I wouldn’t trade partners for the world. The lady has a heart of gold and so much talent, it’s humbling.
